SHIPPING INFORMATION


   

PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed after 11AM PST will ship next business day.
Orders placed after 11AM PST on Friday will ship out Monday.
Orders placed during holidays will ship next business day.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our expediated shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.


If inaccurate or incomplete information was provided, this may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order.

MISSING ORDER

If you're missing items from your package, please contact us within 3 days of shipment delivery date.

TRACKING MY ORDER

Once your package ships, we will notify you by email providing you with the tracking information. Click on the tracking link that appears in your email to track its journey to you. You will be also notified when the package is delivered at the destination.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
