Explanation of Size Variation Across Fabrics & Styles

Natural Fabric and Material Differences
Different fabrics (e.g., denim, stretch blends, rigid cotton, knits) react
uniquely when cut and sewn. A jean with 3% spandex will naturally fit more
flexibly than a 100% cotton jean, even if both are labeled the same size. This
is an industry-wide reality, not a defect.

Design and Style Intent
Each style is designed with a different silhouette in mind (skinny, bootcut,
flare, relaxed, wide leg, etc.). The same body measurements may fit differently
across styles because the garment is intentionally cut for a different look,
drape, and fit.

Industry Standard Sizing Practice
All garments are manufactured within accepted tolerances set by the apparel
industry (generally up to ½–1 inch). This allows for small variations while
still meeting size standards. This is why two garments with the same labeled
size may feel slightly different on the body.

Human Body Differences
Fit also depends on the wearer’s unique proportions (waist-to-hip ratio, torso
length, thigh shape, etc.). A size that feels snug in one style may feel looser
in another simply because of how that garment interacts with individual body
shape.

Economy: 5-8 business days $10.00 (Orders Under $75)

Express: 1-2 business days $12.50 (Orders Under $75)

Orders placed after 11 AM PST will ship out the next business day. 

Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM PST will ship out the following Monday. Business Days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

During the holiday season, please allow 24-48 hours for processing time.

Your return must be received by YMI Jeans within 30 days of purchase. The returned item(s) must be unworn, in new condition, and have its original tags attached. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Return shipping process: If you purchased a "Hassle Free Returns" coverage at checkout, you will receive a free return label in the portal. If you did not purchase return coverage, you may be asked to pay for a label upon requesting a return.
