  1. 1. Not exactly what you wanted?
    If you are unsatisfied in any way with your Royalty For Me purchase from Royaltyforme.com, simply request an electronic pre-paid UPS return label within the first 10 calendar days of receiving your purchase by contacting customer service via email at customercare@Royaltyforme.com and we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Royaltyforme.com gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced merchandise for up to thirty days after purchase date. Original receipt and tags must be attached.

    *Please note, complimentary free return shipping labels are only valid for customers within the contiguous United States. We regret Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and all international orders do not qualify for complimentary shipping

    All items in our Deals section are final sale, something so good can’t last forever.Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of swimwear we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

    1. Most refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after we receive your return.
    2. Any item requested for exchange that is unavailable during processing will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment.
    3. We cannot give refunds/ replacements for merchandise damaged by normal wear and tear. Manufacturer defects will be honored within 30 days of purchase and must be verified by customer care representative.

    Only request made within the first 10 calendar days of purchase will be eligible for a complimentary pre-paid UPS return label. All return request made after the first 10 calendar days of purchase will be honored, but will not be granted a pre-paid UPS return label. All returns received within 30 days of purchase date with completed return/exchange form, tags attached, unworn, and unwashed will be offered one of the following:
    1. Exchange with complimentary shipping** Complimentary shipping is only offered for the initial exchange only. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any additional exchanges.
    2. Refund provided in the original form of payment. Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
  3. 3. How to complete the return/exchange process:
    Only request made within the first 10 calendar days of purchase will be eligible for a complimentary pre-paid UPS return label. All return request made after the first 10 calendar days of purchase will be honored, but will not be granted a pre-paid UPS return label. All returns received within 30 days of purchase date with completed return/exchange form, tags attached, unworn, and unwashed will be offered one of the following:
    1. Request an electronic UPS return label by contacting Royaltyforme.com customer service at customercare@Royaltyforme.com. Customer must request a free return shipping label within 10 days of purchase date. Please allow approximately 2 business days from your sent email to receive an electronic UPS return label.
    2. Fill out the return form that was enclosed in your order.
    3. Pack everything back up in the original packaging or comparable packaging.
    4. Print and affix the pre-paid UPS return label and drop your package off at the nearest UPS shipping location or call UPS for pickup.
